Annette Brauer,
Consultant for General Medicine and Anaesthesiology, mother of 4 children

From 1992 to 2000 I studied medicine at the Free University and the Charité Berlin. During my studies I completed training periods in Malta and Switzerland. This was followed by consultant training in anaesthesia, intensive care and emergency medicine for 3 years at the Charité Berlin and another 6 years in Manchester, England UK. I returned to Germany in 2012 and passed my examination as a consultant in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine the following year. I worked for a total of 15 years in anaesthesia, intensive care and emergency medicine.

In 2015 I changed my focus from hospital work to outpatient care and worked in various internal family doctor’s practices. In 2017 I graduated as a Consultant in General Medicine.

Since 2019 I have been practicing in my own practice in Mahlow-Blankenfelde.

Further qualifications in the primary care sector:

• Manual therapy/ Chirotherapy
• Psychosomatic primary care
• Skin cancer screening

Additionally I work at a private standby service in Berlin arztbesuche.de.
